I'm still not sure, what Active-X is. I'm guessing it's some sort of proof that the Internet Explorer is a shitty program, or something. Does that look like Disregard is jerking off? Yes. Yuck. Semen with viruses is uncool, so please protect yourself and get tested. Other than that, neither the Internet Explorer nor any other kind of software has anything to do with biological viruses. It's just a comic anyway. I love the last panel in this one, even though Jon's right ear is huge!
